Shipping
We ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). We use bubble mailers for smaller orders and sturdy boxes for larger or fragile items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S. International shipping is not currently available.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees). Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging. Please contact us at vashtibotanics@gmail.com before returning to receive instructions and a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Due to the nature of handmade, small-batch products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless defective.
International: We do not currently offer returns for international orders due to shipping costs and customs.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
Product Safety & Use
All Vashti Botanics products are handmade with organic and natural ingredients. They are intended for external use only (or as a tea where noted). Results vary by individual. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or if you have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store products in a cool, dark, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Shelf life is typically 12–18 months when stored properly.
