Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vashti Botanics, each product is crafted in small batches using fresh, organic botanicals. Due to the delicate nature of these formulations and our commitment to product integrity, we maintain a strict returns policy.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• Product seal in tact
• In their original packaging and condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at vashtibotanics@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are formulated with natural and active botanical ingredients. As individual skin responses may vary, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on personal skin reactions. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test prior to full use.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items
All discounted items, limited releases, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
